- Cabrera Realty is owned by Don and Jeanine Cabrera. Don brings over 14 years of vacation home rental management experience to the company and founded Cabrera Hospitality Management in 2001. Jeanine Cabrera has been a realtor for over 10 years and is a Silver award winner and six-time Bronze award winner for million dollar sales.

  Originally from Gettysburg PA, Tami attended York College of PA where she studied business administration and accounting before moving to Wildwood Crest. She continued her education at Atlantic Cape Community College, obtaining a degree in Business Administration. She was employed with the Wildwood Crest Police Department for 10 years where she served as a dispatcher, Class II Officer and Administrative Assistant. She is the mother of 5 children— Mackenzie, 12, James,10, Ryan, 8, Aidan, 6, and Brendan, 4.
  
  Tami has over 20 years experience running an office and is also a Notary Public. When not spending time with family, Tami volunteers as the Treasurer for Greater Wildwood Little League, and Crest Memorial PTC. She also enjoys running, reading, scrapbooking, playing basketball and volleyball.

  Art has been a life-long resident of the Wildwoods. He attended La Salle University and MCA Technical at which he specialized in Engineering and Architectural Design. Art has a great deal of experience in carpentry and holds certificates in sanitation as a safety/maintenance instructor and as a certified pool operator. Art has worked for many years in construction, sales and property management. In his spare time he enjoys baking and cooking, and is a certified snow ski instructor.

  Denise has come to us with years of experience in the real estate market. She was previously employed by a local real estate agency where she worked in marketing and sales. Throughout her career she has worked in various capacities in the sales field and is very knowledgeable. She attended Union County College with majors in Art and Photography and in so doing her hobbies are oil painting, handpainting furniture, murals, and photography. In her spare time she enjoys visiting her two well accomplished sons, Donald and Joseph and spending time with her dog Belle.

  Originally from Lansdale, Pa., Jeanine attended California University of Pennsylvania, where she met her husband, Don, who is a Wildwood Crest Commissioner and local property management business owner. They have a 12-year-old son, Adam, who attends Crest Memorial School. Jeanine is active in her son’s school, serving as president of the Parent Teacher Committee and gives of her time as a volunteer member of the Cape May County Special Services School District Fundraising Committee. Jeanine is also a member of other community organizations including the Wildwood Crest Civic Club, Cub Scout Pack 58, and the Wildwood Crest Republican Club. In her spare time Jeanine enjoys scrapbooking, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.

  Denise Conrey is the Rental Program Coordinator for Cabrera Realty, and a life time “islander”. Denise has worked in the rental industry for 15 years and possesses extensive knowledge of both the Wildwoods’ and the vacation rental market. Watching her clients return to vacation in the Wildwood’s year after year has been Denise’s professional motivation. Currently enrolled in Thomas Edison State College, she is looking forward to broadening her knowledge in the hospitality industry. Happily married with 7 children, Denise is a “multi tasking” expert. In her spare time she enjoys coaching cheerleading, and volunteering at her children’s school and activities!

Working with his mother Jackie Gaffney and his step-father Michael Gaffney as the Gaffney Group, they have successfully made it their mission to provide the best possible service for all their clients.
