Cabrera Realty and Cabrera Property Management specializes in helping buyers and sellers with condominiums, vacation homes, townhomes, single family homes, new construction and any type of investment in Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, North Wildwood, Diamond Beach, and the surrounding Cape May County, New Jersey area.

Cabrera Realty is owned by Don and Jeanine Cabrera, Broker. Don Cabrera, CMCA, brings over 20 years of vacation home rental and property management experience to the company and founded Cabrera Property Management in 2002. Jeanine Cabrera has been a realtor for over 15 years and together they founded Cabrera Realty in 2006.

The Cabrera Realty Team is diverse and can handle vacation rentals, sales, and property management.

Originally from Gettysburg PA, Tami attended York College of PA where she studied business administration and accounting before moving to Wildwood Crest. She continued her education at Atlantic Cape Community College, obtaining a degree in Business Administration. She was employed with the Wildwood Crest Police Department for 10 years where she served as a dispatcher, Class II Officer and Administrative Assistant. She is the mother of 5 children— Mackenzie, 13, James,11, Ryan, 9, Aidan, 7, and Brendan,5.

Tami has over 20 years experience running an office and is also a Notary Public. When not spending time with family, Tami volunteers as the Treasurer for Greater Wildwood Little League, and Crest Memorial PTC. She also enjoys running, reading, scrapbooking, playing basketball and volleyball.

Art has been a life-long resident of the Wildwoods. He attended La Salle University and MCA Technical at which he specialized in Engineering and Architectural Design. Art has a great deal of experience in carpentry and holds certificates in sanitation as a safety/maintenance instructor and as a certified pool operator. Art has worked for many years in construction, sales and property management. In his spare time he enjoys baking and cooking, and is a certified snow ski instructor.

Jenn is a lifelong resident of Cape May County, she attended Lower Cape May Schools and Atlantic Community College. She has recently come to us with years of experience in the real estate market. She was previously employed by a local real estate agency where she worked in rentals and sales. Throughout her career she has worked in various capacities in the sales/rentals field and is very knowledgeable. Jenn is very organized and motivated.

Jack, a lifelong Cape May County resident and graduate of Middle Township High School and Atlantic Cape Community College, has been with Cabrera for 5 years and has climbed the ladder to Manager of Seacrest Towers. When not managing the property he spends his time with his 3 yr old son, surfing, playing baseball and watching football.

Aaron is a graduate of the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC where he studied Health Promotion and Exercise Science. Aaron's family has been in the hospitality field in Wildwood Crest for over 50 years owning and managing beachfront properties. Working with his mother Jackie Gaffney and his step-father Michael Gaffney as the Gaffney Group, they have successfully made it their mission to provide the best possible service for all their clients. Aaron is an avid golfer and enjoys surfing and spending time with the family.

Casey, a North Jersey native, brings 30+ years experience in both Real Estate Sales and Real Estate Appraising to our company. Her many years of experience and knowledge of the Real Estate Market let her better serve her clients and aid them in their Real Estate transactions. She feels that in her profession it allows her the opportunity to help fulfill people's needs whether it be purchasing or selling of Real Estate. To be an honest, ethical, and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent is expected, her goal has always been to exceed those expectations. Her mission is to "Help my clients achieve their Real Estate goals in an educated and stress free manner."

Casey has recently obtained the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification.She is also a “Resort & Second Home Property Specialist”, a Graduate of the “Realtor Institute” and holds a “Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource” Certification.

Dean, a lifelong resident of the Wildwoods, comes to the Cabrera Team with a background in Property Maintenance, Customer Service and Management skills. Dean is a graduate of Glassboro State College and recently obtained his Real Estate License. Dean will serve the company well in overseeing all aspects of the Property Management division and new projects. Dean volunteers as a member of the Department of Recreation. He enjoys going to the gym, and spending time with his family, Pam and twin boys Trevor and Tyler.

Loryn is a 30 year sales veteran, with over 20 of those years spent in the Broadcast industry. Starting as an on-air personality in radio, Loryn moved into sales and eventually became the General Manager of two Atlantic City radio stations. In real estate for nine years, Loryn says “selling real estate is fun, people come to you and are happy when you find them a shore place to call their own.” Loryn has three adult children, Jesse an attorney, Casey a teacher and Jennifer a social worker and seven grand children the youngest being 8 year old triplets. Family gatherings are chaotic but full of energy and laughs. Any spare time finds Loryn attending the grandkids sporting and school events and at the computer plugging away at the “great American novel.”

Debra has been serving the hospitality industry for 30 years in incentive travel, hotel management, hospitality marketing and PR, and most recently, property management and rental management with Cabrera. Debra prides herself in helping clients find their perfect vacation home, and applauds the many owners who participate in the rental program and make that possible! Her motto has always been “Customer Service is Free!”


Debra spends her free time making and selling her hand-blended spices and creating unique iris paper folding artwork. Mostly, her free time is spent rehearsing and performing year-round as a guitar/vocal duo with her partner J.M. Kearns in venues throughout Cape May. She resides with J.M. in a little West Cape May cottage on a flower farm with three chatty guinea hens and a rooster named Butch.

Cathy is an accomplished and dynamic licensed professional and brings to Cabrera Realty additional expertise with her extreme talents in interior home design and landscape architect. She is credited with numerous home designs and renovations. She has twenty plus years of achievement in store management and fashion merchandising which affords her clients a thorough understanding of today’s trends in the real estate marketplace.

She has inspiring customer loyalty through her superior customer-centric approach. She carefully is attentive to the needs of her clients and develops relationships that are unparallel in the real estate industry. She is a visionary leader and influential communicator.

Her professional career includes Northern Lights International retail store management at the Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, since 2000 and twenty plus years in the medical field at the prestigious Georgetown University Medical Center, Center for Sight, in Washington, D.C., Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Edward S. Harkness Eye Institute in NYC, and assistant to the Chief of Head and Neck Surgery, The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ. Cathy is a graduate of Bergen Community College of New Jersey where she earned an Associate in Applied Science degree.

Cathy remains active as a volunteer in her church community, and enjoys playing guitar with various groups. She is most proud of her son Louis. Her love and devotion to her family as well as all her personal achievements will enable her to perform at the highest level in real estate.

Andy and his daughter Giovanna have been residents of Wildwood Crest since April 2008. Andy has a degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University and has 17 years experience in the IT field with global corporations such as SAP & SUNGARD. In his "spare time," Andy is an accomplished musician having performed in various nightclubs full-time from 1982-1989. He continues to perform with his duo, "ANDREW JAMES" at private events and Cape May county establishments.

Andrea, a lifelong resident of Cape May County and graduate of Lower Cape May Regional. She attended Goldey-Beacom College in Delaware where she recieved an associates degree in Business Administration. She was previously employed at North Cape Center where she was a staffing manager. Andrea has twins Taylor and Tyler who mean the world to her. On her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Tom has lived in the same neighborhood for over forty five years and have been happily married for nineteen years with two children ages 16 and 14. Coached high school, grade school, and little league baseball for over ten years and played Little League Baseball through to Division 1, ACC Baseball. Member of Wildwood Golf and Country Club. Volunteered as a North Wildwood Fireman and Owner of The 609 Foundation and Woody’s Place Scholarship Foundation. Hobbies include golfing, kayaking, exercising and family.
